Data Extraction : Fetching 0 records using UD connect

Dear All,

Good day,

We are extracting data from MS CRM using UD Connect.

we have created the required objects for the same.

The connection is fine. but when ever we trigger the info package, always its fetching 0 records (for all the data sources).

Could any one help us what would be the issue here. any suggestions for the same

Hi

Trigger once again same IP's and see because some times it will not detect initially when we extartcing data from UD connect.

If no luck then try to check login parameters for other systems and also check data in tables.

In the data soucre try to go for review and check weatehr it was reading data or not.
