*Time Evaluation TM04 with maintaining infotype 0050*

Hi Experts,

I have a question .we have both positive and negative time evaluation for our client.

Infotype 0050 is mandatory in the organization to all the employees as we maintain the employee PERNR in infotype0050.

Now if we maintain the time evaluation 9 in 0007 and can we run the time evaluation TM04

I also want to capture the clock in and out under negative time evaluation. Can I do that maintaining Infotype 0050 using Schema TM04.if so how can I achieve this?

Please no Copy Paste.

Thanks and Regards ,

James Jackson.

We can use TM04 Schema for Both Positive Time Management and Negative Time Management.

If you are maintaining TMSTA as 1 in IT0007 while saving the record it will directly take you to IT0050 it is must to maintain 0050. Then you can maintain 2011 IT Clock in/out.

With TM04 Schema you can maintain both TMSTA 1 and 9 it will work .

Example : TMSTA 9 normally we use for HOD , CEO , CFO .

In schema TM04 Line 000120 CHECK PON this line will check both positive and negative Time Management .

Yes you can use TM04 and go ahead both +ve and -ve(Time Management) we can achieve.
