Restrict Users to create Support Messages via SAP GUI

Hello!

We would like to allow only some key users to create support messages to the Service Desk of Solution Manager (via Help --> Create Support Message).

Our current problem is that all ⚠️ users from the satellite system can create support message.

How can we prevent that that all users can create support message?

I have read about the authorization object CRM_ORD_LP, but this authorization object does not exist on the satellite system.

    Hi Alex

    Use a trusted RFC from satellite to solman system with current user setting and not save any other user here

    and assign the S_RFCACL and S_RFC only to your uses whom you want to post tickets

    this will resolve ur issue
