Unable to delete / edit Time event

Dear Experts,

I'm unable to delete / edit the below time event from PA30 - IT2011. System keeps throwing error - Check time format. Please advice.

Hi,

You can try to delete the entry from table. provided u have authorization

GO to SE16 and Table PA2011 and  selection give PERNR

Then select the entry to be delete. Dislpay it and  hit /h in command (tcode) field and hit enter (twice) this will take u to debugging screen.

There u have to doube click row which says ( if code = 'SHOW')

then change the text SHOW to DELE

Execute (F8)

The delete entry tab will be available u can now delete that entry.

Hi Ritesh,

Thank you for the response. Table PA2011 is not active in the dictionary. However, we get this data from table teven. I followed the above suggested steps and reached the debugging screen. But I'm unable to find the row which says if code = 'SHOW.

Hi Shincy,

When you go to table u have to select display the record which u have to delete by clicking the display icon.

Then u enter /h  it will take u to Debugging and then u will find if code = 'SHOW.

You can then change it DELE  to delete  or EDIT  to change.

Hi,

Can you try like this.

In PA30 Screen Select the IT 2011 and select the From and To date as 14.07.2012 .

And then SHIFT+F2. Else directly click on Directly radio button Delete

Normally system will not allow to delete the entries bcoz the Time entries are not in proper format.
