Hi Experts,

Our client asking that they want to see the report containing the details for how much production of total has been completed (e.g: total they are having 10 semi finished levels to make the final products, in which 4 semi finished levels have been manufactured out of total 10 levels)

Which report will give the details of completed semi finished levels and qty against of finished product production order qty, in addition to that can we see how much percent of total production is pending against of finished product production order considering all the down semi finished product manufacturing all with exact qty.

Please help on this issue,

    Hi,

Since each semi finished materials are having individual production stages, you need to develop the program to fulfil the above requirement.

    Dear,

Are you working with MTO scenario. If yes, you can use the sales order field as an input in COOIS to filter out the orders.

    Regards,

    Chetan.

    Hi Raj,

    From standard solutions -

    a) Set up a daily batch job (trasnaction COHV / program PPIO_ENTRY) to run the availability check for the open production orders

    b) Check COOIS and CO24(missing parts) reports

Else, you can build your logic and go for a custom development.

    Regards,

    Senthil
