Check the hyperlinks given by Ritesh and Sikindar.  There are also many Discussion Threads on the subject in this site.

Then, depending on wether your PCRs are for Time Evaluation or Payroll Calculation, do a Google search to locate some more documentation.

Study your Schema and it's PCRs, and use pe02 and pe04 to learn more about Functions and Operations.

You can also find some explanations in manuals, such as Time Management with SAP ERP HCM, by SapPress.  One SAP Course I found useful was WNA11 - Advanced Payroll Configuration: Rule Writing (https://training.sap.com/us/en/course/wna11-advanced-payroll-configuration-rule-wri-classroom-092-us...).

hi,

it is easy to write pcr once you understand, but there is a basic principles you need to remember to write pcr , 1. ESGrouping for PCR

                2. Time type/Wage Type

                3. need to have good understand about OPERATIONS (pe04)

as will give me once scenario we can discuss...

You have to search for PCRs because they are based on country specific and client specific hope the link given above by ritesh would suffice the requirement

Hi,

Writing PCR depends on various things.It depend decision based on various factors like Pers Area, PSA, EG, ESG.. etc

You can check any Standard PCR in system and try to understand the flow of it.

Hi Experts,

How to write PCR for time management and Indian Payroll ?

Lets have one scenario of Time management:-

If i get Rs. 50 to work on daily basis, for Monday to Friday and If i will work on Saturday and Sunday I have to be paid Rs. 80 for per day on Saturday and Sunday. So how we will include this in overtime in time management. What PCR we have to write for this scenario. And if you people have any other scenario regarding time and payroll PCR and schema just share with us.
