Hi All

when iam Trying to Generate Form 16 iam Getting Message

I have Searched in Google many people have this Similar Problem but could not find the Right Answer

I have Problem with one Particular Personnel Sub Area

all the Employees in these Sub Area Form 16 is not Getting generated .

i have Compared master data for Different Sub Group but Could not Find any Difference

Hi

I have replied to one of the forum members for this same issue and didnt hear back about the solution.

the other forum member had faced this issue when an employee salary was processed in cross finanical year ( March salary was settled in April)

If you did not hear back any other expert comments, you also need to debug and find out the reason .

Hi Expert

The Problem is With Only One Particular Personnel SubArea

in this Particular Area it has 25 Employee for all it is not Working

Other Subarea is Working Fine ...

Note 1716511 - Form16: Details displayed inconsistently

Note 1716393 - Multiple Company Code Transfer - Form 16 in TAN Based Report

Hi Thank Q so Much for the response

when i search in the Google i have found some Sap Notes Which People have Applied

And Issue Got Resolve but most of them are dated 2010 and 2011 ....

Nobody gave the right Note for Financial Year 2012 which may resolve the Issue

when i check up with Basis Team , they might be Some Inconsistency if the Wrong Note or Patch level is Installed ...

Currently we are at

Software Component: SAP_HR  

Release :600

Level:70

Highest Support Pack:SAPKE60070

Basis Guys got me in Confusion  weather to Implement the SAP Note or Not

If any thing goes Wrong we Cannot revert it back

My issue is not Resolved as Yet

Iam Still Waiting for the Right note so that i can Install it in Development Server and test ..

i have Searched in the Google not Find the Right note ...

You are sure that the employee is having the right payroll results available RT,

Can you take some abap help for this bug if possible.

I have Checked the Payroll Result , Every thing Looks Perfect

I have Compare the Master data With Other Employees Find No Difference
