Delete support notification (Service Desk)

Hi, everyone

When configuring email notifications for Service Desk, I had to create some support notifications for testing purposes.

So when I run transaction S_SMC_47000017 there are a lot of new notifications listed, which I would like to delete.

Is it possible to do it?

I'm opening this thread because I was able to delete them before, by clicking on the "change" button and then pressing SHIFT + F2.

But now I'm receiving this message: "Transaction cannot be deleted".

(I don't know exactly what has changed that now it's impossible to do it).

I've attached an image for clarification.

Any help will be appreciated.

    Hi,

    You cannt delete them directly, as you know service desk message has 2 parts. One part as support message in solman other part as the process in crm.

    You can follow the sap note Note 1329247 - Archiving Solution Manager Service Desk messages

    you can also delete using CRM_ORDER_DELETE or CRM_MESSAGES_DELETE to delete the error messages, as i saw from your screen shot your message has some error, thats te reason you couldnt able to delete. Please check

      Thanks for your reply.

      I have performed the first steps in transaction DNOTIFWL, but I'm having some difficulty in SARA.

      Everything goes ok about scheduling the job, but when I click on "Archive Selection", the pop-up comes blank - with no options to select.

      I've attached an image.

      Are you able to tell me what am I missing here?
