I don't know why SAP makes service pack integration so dificult. I shouldn't even have to ask this question.
My version of Crystal Reports 2008 was SP3. I want the latest and greatest version of Crystal in order to remedy an issue i posted earlier to day (thank you Don for helping me!). After realizing that SP5 was a full download, not an incremental update I have been scowering this site to find an incremental update to SP5. Does this even exist? Do I have to download the 500+MB file after uninstalling my version of CR2008?
I have downloaded and installed SP4, and wish to go to SP5.... where is the download to do this? Additionally, do these service pack updates cover runtimes? Or do I have to download and install a separate service pack for the runtimes?
In summary:
Where is the link to an SP5 incremental update?
Do these service packs cover runtimes? If not, please provide link to these downloads.
Thanks for your time,
Person
Hi Deanna,
Yes, the incremental Patch does exist.
Please browse through the Service Market Place:
SAP Support Portal > Software Downloads > Support Packages and Patches > Browse our Download Catalog > SAP BusinessObjects Portfolio > SAP Crystal Reports > Crystal Reports 2008 v1 > Comprised Software Component Versions > CRYSTAL REPORTS 2008 V1 > Windows Server on IA32 32bit > SP05 for CRYSTAL REPORTS 2008 V1
Hope this helps!
