You should be aware, Credit Management is purely FI activity whereas, the scenarios what you were (MTS / MTO) talking about is related to PP. To cite an example, if your client is in MTS scenario and would like to activate credit management. Here you can very well activate the same by following the standard configuration. Just go through the Credit Management documentation by searching in Google. You will come to understand the functionality of that.

Hi Sunil,
MTO & MTS is the business scenario, credit mangement can be activated for any customer, may be here customer is MTO scenatio ustomer you have activated but in MTS scenario stocks will be made to available off shelf, even for this cusomers credit management can be activated.
Hope you got the point.
Thanks
VSA
Hi All,
Let me explain my scenario:
MTO; In this P.O will be raised and sales order will be created during this availability check is carried out and based on confirmed quantities the credit check will be done
MTS; Here also P.O will be raised and sales order will be created and here the availability check is not carried out so the credit check has to be carried out on ordered quantities not on confirmed quantities .

Your understanding is wrong. Even in MTS scenario, credit management would be activated. It all depends on Business discretion to fix the limit on each Payer.

Hello Sunil,
Normally Credit control is based on Payer & the volume of business. It would be helpful to provide input, if you elaborate your requirement.
