Recepits not getting created

Hi All,

I have actual coverage as negative, which means there is a need of recepits to be created .

But I see there are no recepits created though there is requriment .

Please check the sreen shot below.

I have a coverage profile mapped to the material, where in Number of periods=4 and Target =5

Hi Sireesha,

Do you see any exception message against the receipt element shown for the Week# 41?

• Switch to 'Indidual lines' display from the current 'Period totals' and check if the (firmed) procurement element shown for Week#41 shows any exception message - to 'reschedule in'...

Thanks for your reply..

Yes, The reshdule in is there for those recepits , But why the MRP is not generating the recepits on the required dates, though the requirments are there ??? instead it is asking to reschedule manually by showing an excption message .

I deleted all the recepits from the date where the receipts are not getting generated and run the mrp then it is creating on the recepits on the requirements dates.

But when the back ground MRP runs this is not the case, it is generating the recepits as shown above screen shot.

Thanks for the update.

Good that you could find a valid receipt element and also that the system was showing up the exception message.

Please check the reschedule margin entries in transaction OMDW.
