after jun2013 there are record jul2013 and aug 2013. so their sum should com in one record.

so we have to add the months jul2013 and aug 2013 and we have to rename the resultant record.

all this should come in one report.

    any help appreciated..

    thanks in advance,

      Hi Kumar,

Is your report based on a BEx query or a universe? If BEx, then you can create restricted key figure in query designer and restrict it by Jul 2013,Aug 2013.That will be your July,Aug 2013 and it is one column.

Add a sum colum to the table(rename it Jun-Aug 2013) and put the restricted key figure created in query designer into the new column. So that you will have:

      jul2012 jul2012............jun2013 Jul-Aug 2013

Note: This is not a dynamic solution and uses BEx query not a universe.

      Regards
