Budgetary Control System in SAP

We have implemented Budgetary Control System in SAP.

There is a requirement that system should give warning for some selected Commitments, for others it should be error if it is over 100%.

Can any body provide solution on this.

Thanks in Advance.

There is 'allowed exceed budget' on the item level of a commitment (I believe, you speak of EMF of type 'commitment'). If this flag is not set, then no budget over-consumption would be allowed. Otherwise, if the flag is set, you would be able to consume more than 100%, but no warning message would be issued in standard.
