PPS and Confirmation in SRM

Dear experts,

We are conducting an upgrade from SRM 5 to SRM 7.01, our backend is ECC 6.04. We want to do confirmation (for material and services) in SRM, but we also activated PPS functionality (/SAPPSSRM/SRM_CROSS_INDUSTRIES, /SAPPSSRM/SRM_PPS, and SRM_SOURCING_1 business functions). Is it possible to do confirmation for services with this BF activated? We are getting some errors when trying to confirm services. Material is working fine.

There is no relation of Material or Service confirmation with PPS activation.

Can you share errors you faced?

Hi,

ST22 dump is self explanatory.

Read section 'How to correct the error'. You have to search for notes as mentioned there. If you don't find corrective note, raise OSS message with the information mentioned.

There is no relation between servive confirmation and activation PPS. The reason of error may be for some other reason.
