We are having problem when we restart the server. All the data gets lost. I looked at the following discussion. We are having the same problem. I have critical data and want to see what are my options for saving the data and system

http://scn.sap.com/thread/1889691

1. How to look at the exiting parameters  in the database

2. How to add / Change the parameters

3. How to force save point and command

4. Can I use database snapshot to get over this problem

Thanks for the help

Hello Selva,

we need more details about the issue. Is it a problem with SAPEHPI? I checked the other thread, but it does not contain a solution.

Please inform the source and target systems versions, the version of the tool used, the phase where it failed and all relevant logs information, so we can properly help you.

Best regards,
