Error printing with custom paper size

I am getting an error when printing a report with a cutom paper size through our ERP system. The error message reads "Error attempting to read records for report: -2147191166 Page Header plus Page Footer is too large for the page."

The report works fine through crystal itself, but maybe a newer active x fpr crystal might do the trick. I would appreciate any help on this.

Hi Sean,

Save you report by selecting the option 'No printer'. This option  you will find as follows

Open your report in Crystal Reports >> File >> Page setup >> no printer (check box)

Now print your report for your ERP system

Thanks for your reply, I should have mentioned that I have tried this also. The problem then is that when no printer is selected, the default paper sizes are A4, A5, B5, Legal and Letter.

When I try and run the report with no printer selected it does run without the error message, but when I try and select a printer and use my custom paper size in the ERP system it prints but it also prints a load of blank pages.
