EBS: initial balance doesn't match

Dear gurus,

we are experiencing a really weird issue regarding electronic bank statement.

We have an account whose initial balance doesn't match with bank statement balance.

By checking the issue i can see that the balance doesn't match with bank statement from many days for the same amount, i can't explain why before the error was not prompted.

Do you have any idea on how to solve this issue? Why the standard error was not prompted propely before?
