Good day!..
Is there anyone who has a documentations of SQL and SAP version compatibility? I just have client using SAP 8.8 version with the SQL 2005 SP2 and I wanted to confirm if this is match for each other, I mean if it is compatible or I need to upgrade the SQL to higher version. Thanks.

Hi,
you can check the SBO platform link belows:
http://service.sap.com/smb/sbo/platforms
That's the official site of SAP B1 supported platforms. The info there is more up to date rather than in the administration guide sql pdf file of sap b1 product.
You can also download the system requirement guide from this link:
https://websmp103.sap-ag.de/~sapidb/011000358700000239412011E
BAsed on my check in the platform link, SAP B1 8.8 supports sql 2005 SP2
