I have change user id of sidadm and orasid, also files were changed in order to belong to new user id, but there is error

Database starts withous any problem, but SAP instance no,
It is a Java System, also some links had old owner so I created again with new user, but problem stills, also the server was rebooted

I resolved it, the cause was that there were files and links with the old UID.

Since you run the ./sapinst or SUM tool multiple time due to any reason.. but process is running in background ... so kill all process which is related with SUM & sapinst... then rerun the command again...

I saw the same exact error when I tried to start the ISADMIN agent at the Unix level.
There was a hung process listening on the same port that the DAA agent required.
Kill the process, and restart fixed the error.

please try: Stop SAP, kill all remaining processes, especially sapstartsrv, Start SAP.
