In our system when you create a 169 record for an employee it automatically sets the Eligible on date (in the Administrator Tab) to the 1st of the following month. I need to find where this is done and change the logic. I have looked everywhere that I can think of and cannot find how this is done in our system. Can anyone point me in the right direction or give me some ideas? thx
This date is driven by your eligibility rule variant that is tied to the plan. Please refer to your configuration at the following IMG steps:
Personnel Management>Benefits>Flexible Administration>Programs>Employee Eligibility
Personnel Management>Benefits>Flexible Administration>Programs>Define Benefit Programs
