I have a request from an FI user who generates a materials/pricing report. When exporting this report to excel it comes with many extra spaces on each page and he has to go through 20+ pages of report and delete rows, delete columns, and reformat the data once in excel.
Is there a way to configure this report so when he exports data to excel, there are no additional spaces per page, rather it would just be a 5000 row report instead of manually going through page after page and deleting rows etc.?

Found Answer.. Create ALV Report for user specifications.
