STPO confirmation tab to show the Outbound delivery

Hi

The scenario is to transfer material between 2 plants using UB type of PO - > delivery created followed by 641 and finally 101 material documents.

Is it possible to display the delivery (Outbound) created from a STPO (UB) in the confirmations tab. We have a requirement for recalculating the delivery date based on the date of delivery creation.

At present we have the delivery date calculated based in the Pl. Deliv. Time in delivery tab of the PO

Thanks

Sujanth

    Hi,

Once delivery is created against STPO by Supplying Plant, it appears in Purchase Order history TAB.

    Check and Confirm

    Hi,

Confirmation Control is setup for having a Proof Of Delivery for receiving the materials in your plant. So ideally, outbound deliveries cannot be configured to be displayed under the Confirmations Tab of the PO.

But if you can explain more about your requirement, may be I can be of more help.

Hi Manoj We have 2 plants one in US( US10) and the other in Uruguay (US40). Material is shipped from US plant to Uruguay plant ( both under same company code). Hence we use 1. UB Purchase order 2.Outbound delivery created from Supply Plant US 3. TO created and confirmed 4. Material doc is posted for shipping (641) 5. Material is received in Uruguay Plant Now the business requires to show the Outbound delivery created (the one which gets updated in the PO history tab) to be displayed in the PO confirmation tab also. The reason is PO delivery date need to be recalculated based on the Outbound delivery created date. Say if the delivery is created after 3 days after the PO doc date, the PO delivery date need to be recalculated based on the Outbound delivery document date.
