fields not visible in 0PM_PRM_PLCS_1

Hi All,

We have activated the DataSource 0PM_PRM_PLCS_1 and replicated in BI system. When we tried to create TRFN between DS to DSO, some fields like TLIST_AUART, TLIST_DATE are not visible in the Source DS.

When i see the Fields tab of DataSource, these fields are not checkd as Transfer. Please let me know how can we check these fields as 'Transfer' in the DataSource.

Hi,

uncheck the checkbox hide if checked in ecc.

If the TLIST_AUART, TLIST_DATE fields are available in ECC and are not visible in BW, then uncheck the hide option for the fields.

and to make available in transformation, in BW goto DS Fields tab and check the respective fields as transfer, so that it will be available in transformation to DSO.

These fields are available in ECC and unchecked as hide.

I am trying to check those fields as transfer in fields tab, but they are coming as non editable. So i am not able to mark those as transfer.

Hi Anshul,

First Replicate the datasource to BW, then goto Edit mode and mark the transfer.

Yes, i did the same but still not transfer option is coming un editable.

Hi Anshul,

Once you replicate the datasource, you right click on datasource and go for change mode.

After doing so you can be able to made changes and mark the transfer field for respective fields.

I check the DS  0PM_PRM_PLCS_1 in ECC the fields TLIST_AUART, TLIST_DATE are not available in DS, did u enhance this fields in DS?

U said the fields are avaliable in ECC right, then use the table ROOSFIELD in ECC and provide DS as OLTPSOURCE and Execute.

Here check whether your field version is is P at Selection field. if it is not P then u can't edit the Field in DS.

P Selection Adjustable, Visibility Set

X Selection Adjustable, Visibility Set

1 Pure Selection Field, Selection Set

2 Pure Selection Field, Selection Set

4 No Selection Possible, Visibility Adjustable

and Make sure your fields is similar to all fields in Selection field.

if you want to modify the object version then populate the appropriate code as below

REPORT Z_TEST

tables: ROOSFIELD

SELECT SINGLE * FROM ROOSFIELD WHERE OLTPSOURCE = '0PM_PRM_PLCS_1 ' AND
OBJVERS = 'x'(earlier status) AND FIELD = xxxxxxx.

IF SY-SUBRC = 0.

ROOSFIELD-SELECTION = 'X'(select as required).
MODIFY ROOSFIELD.

If the fields are avalible in datasource, Check fields in Datasource as Transfer in ECC and Replicate datasource once again..

can you please explain where i need to check the tranfer option. I cannot see this in rsa6.
