unable to get the preview

I got one issue that iam not able to preview the dashboard.Details are as follows.

I have one dashboard having 3 liveoffice connections and one flashvariable connection. It was already published in cmc and working fine.

In thisdashboard all live off connections we unselected the all check boxes like refresh before component etc.

now the issue is when iam previewing the same dashboard locally iam not able to get preview.even iam not able to [publish into cmc.(when i select save to platform, logon credentials screen is coming and after that i selected the folder and named different name and selected save after that i am getting generating SWF for long time. Not able to save into cmc).

can you tell me why i am not able to do the same what i did previously.

thanks in advance.

    Hi Kaza,

What exactly happens? Does it freezes in the preview mode or fails at "generating swf". Check the loading status option (File->document Properties) and let me know where it freezes.

    Hi Krishna,

Can you confirm if you can successfully export dashboard to other formats such as PDF/SWF/Word etc..?

Is it happening with only one dashboard all multiple dashboards?

Could you go to File -> Samples, open any sample dashboard and export it to BusinessObjects Enterprise and see if you can export sample dashboard successfully?

    Thank you.
