Crystal Report selection based on logged in B1 user running the report

Hey everyone,

Is it possible to add into a report selection criteria to filter based on the sales person who is logged in at the time running the report?

I’m building a range of sales reports for my sales team however rather than duplicating the report for each sales person I wanted it just to display sales data relevant only to them?

Thank you

Greg

    Hi,

    Try like this

Use this FMS on any of the UDF on (UDT or Mater or Marketing Document) and Update it or set auto refresh Before Running the Report

    SELECT T0.U_NAME FROM OUSR T0 WHERE INTERNAL_K = $[USER]

In your Report Join the UDF Field with the Sales Person..

    or

If you having a few no of report..

Assign Authorization for each user with respect to that report

    Regards,

    Sudhir B
