CRM Actions and Smartforms

I have an action that I created and I have assigned a custom smartform to that action. I also have a start condition assigned for that action. Now the action and start condition work fine, but the action is not using the smartform that I have assigned. It is using the smartform that was previously assigned to that action. Is there some sort of buffer or cache which needs to be cleared before the new smartform is used? I have double and triple checked my action and the Z* smartform is listed there.

    I had to check and clear out all the inconsistencies in my action definitions. Now it is trying to send with the correct form.
