WEBGUI popu windows problems.

hello All,

I'm facing a problem on webgui.

In my DEV and QA clients, it work's fine.

But in Production System, the transaction iViews, the POPUP WINDOWS and MATCH CODES are not open. No error message are displayed and nothing happens.

The parameters are same in All clients.

What kind of popup windows?

is it only via the Portal? Does same happen when calling the WEBGUI directly?

Yes, The error also occur when i open the WEBGUI directly through SICF.

What BASIS and Kernel support pack are you on?

What is the WEBGUI settings in SICF? 'GUI Configuration' button?

What transaction are you calling to replicate issue via the WEBGUI? And what is the popup meant to do?

Our version is:

SAP_BASIS: 701 SP10

SAP_ABA: 701 SP10

I can not see any SEARCH HELP of any transaction through webgui service. Simply nothing happens and the screen still locked.

Whats the Kernel patch level that you are using?
