      Dear Sir,

      I have checked all those settings for release strategy.

      Release Group R1

      Release Strategy S1 for Code Z1,Z1,Z3,Z4 (<=100000)

      Release Strategy S2 for Code Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4,Z5 ( >100000)

      in some purchase order release strategy is reflecting S2

      but in few purchase order release strategy is not effecting.

      now, i make the purchase order in production server,

      release strategy for S2 is reflecting.

      but why in few purchase order release strategy didnot reflect.

      all settings are the same as previouly created purchase order

      with regards

    When you release it from the intial group its showing, does it then move to the next level? If so you probably have the release prerequsites and release statuses wrong...

    Check:

    MM - Purchasing - Purchase Order - Define Release Procedures for PO - Double click Release Strategies - then double click into your R1 S2.

    Once there make sure that there is no S1 listed in the release codes box... Next click on the release Prereq button and also the release statuses and make sure they are correct... I dont think , in your case , you would want a preq (so no check marks in the boxes) , and in the releast status you want to make sure the S1 is skipped and the block happens at S2 etc.

    You can use the release simulation button to see how your changes impact the release.

    Hi,

    You have done

    1) R1 S1 for <=100000

    2) R1 S2 for >100000

    BUT IT SHOULD BE

    1) R1 S1 for <=100000

    2) R2 S2 for >100000

    As per purchase order with quantity 1 and price 1500000 it should triggers release strategy which is value of >100000. But I do not understand what R1 and S1?

    R1 and R2 represent what

    &

    S1 and S2 represent what?

    You can keep a release Group as PO

    Create two Release codes as C1 and C2

    Have Release Indicators as B-Blocked and R- Released

    Now create two Release Strategy as S1 and S2.

    Keep Release codes C1 under Release Strategy S1 with value <=100000 and keep Release code C2 under Release Strategy S2 with value >100000.

    Now create purchase order with price 1500000 and you will have correct release Release Strategy S2.
