PR is not generated after Run MD02

Dear Expertise,

I am having an issue about PR is not generated after run MD02 for RelSTO requirement.

This material is setting as F for procurement type and there is no stock in any plant.

The requirement from RelSTO is seems not taken as consideration as requirement.

Any idea?

Dear,

Please check the config of Special Procurement key say 40 the it will have  U , Procuerment type will be F.

STPR should be there in this case.

Couple of checks,

Plant should activated for MRP

There should be planning file entry in MD21 for material

Valid number range for PR.
