Hi everyone,
I am using SAP B1 2007B with SQL Server 2005 on IBM Server X Serie 3400. I am really wondering why print preview the report (PO or PR), XL Report, load very slow on the clients as well as on the server itself?
Have you any ideas?
Thank you,
Chanly

Hi Chanly,
This is usually related to printer driver. Have you tried some other driver such as PDF writer?
Thanks,

Hi,
You can use early watch alert or remote support platform (if it is possible) to check it. It is the official support tool from SAP.
I am afraid your SBO have had high database size or high load.
have you checked the windows task manager ? check the memory or CPU runing.

Thanks JM for your replies,
I don't think it's because of the database size or high load because db just only around 20GB and therer're nearly 100GB free space. Anyway, it's slow only loading the print preview, up to 2mns, I think. Also, other application work well, except the print preview loading.
Best Regards,
Chanly
