GRC 5.3

Hi Experts,

  please let me know, In GRC 5.3 when we login to RAR component, Rule Architect by risks by search ,when we click on search

  it wil show the risk ids  with description  and we wil get the relevant functions , when we click on relevant functions

  it wil show like actions and permission,in this screen we wil getting error message like.

com.virsa.cc.rulearchitect.DAOException: ResourceException in method ConnectionFactoryImpl.getConnection():com.sap.engine.

services.dbpool.exceptions.BaseResource.Exception: SQLException thrown by the physical connection: com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLexception:

Error while accessing secure store:File\\eccgrx\sapmnt\ECC\SYS\global\security\dats\SecStore.properties

does not exist although it should.

Actually it wil automatically pull the tcodes but it is empty showing empty values.

Hi Vijaya,

Have you uploaded the initial files according to the Configuration Guide?

As I could understand, you are following this path:

- You search for a risk

- You click on a function

- You search for actions and there are no actions

- The same happens with permissions

Check whether you have content in these VIRSA tables:

- VIRSA_CC_SAPOBJ

- VIRSA_CC_OBJTEXT

Please check SAP Notes:

1142017 - Error "Failed to run Risk Analysis" in the CC Background job

1482484 - System becomes unresponsive when syncing roles and users
