HR Workflow LSO_PSV1

Hi Guru,

We have a workflow for HR-LSO that sends notifications to the attendees’ email address (as stored in Infotype 105) when they are booked by administrators to Courses. We have instances where attendees are successfully booked into a course via LSO_PSV1 but no notifications are sent to the their email addresses.

There is no log in SWI1, SWEL or SWIA for the workflow id. There is no email being sent as well in SOST. The workflow for booking have no start condition and the agent assignment to the WF is set to general.

Where do we begin the investigation? How do we trace the failed scenarios?
