How to mark complete the released service po

I've approx 1800 service po's which are released and then partially received via service entry sheet. Now the question is how to mark as complete those po's while those are released.

In PO Line item, Tick the Check box for "Delivery Completed" in Delivery Tab

problem no. 1 is that po is released and released po could not be modified until unreleased the po (it is customized control). and problem no. 2 is that there are so many po's so is there any shortcut method to mark those po's complete.

Also if it is not editable after completely released then you cannot update the changes in PO any how

for problem no 1, you needs to do change in customiziation so that you could do changes in release PO. then after that you can use MASS transaction with business type BUS2012 and you can check 'delivery complete ' indicator.

For Problem No 1: If you have release indicator "Cannot be changed" then you have to unrelease PO and do necessary corrections or If you have release indicator "Changeable" then you can do changes in PO even after release.

For Problem No 2: Use t-code MASS select BUS2012 Purchase Orders field Delivery completed Indicator MASSEKPO- ELIKZ. Execute your Purchase orders & update this field.
