Hi

Some how I modified the SQ01 Sales Order (NA Version) and now it is not pulling up the sales orders with no deliveries and not showing on the list of reports at all. How can I reset the report as it was before. Can Any one suggest, what could be the reason.

Saritha,

Look in your quality or development system.  If the version is the same, you can download the qual or dev query to your PC, and then upload into the system that has the corrupted program.

If the versions are different between qual and prod, you can sometimes get the basis team to re-transport the query into the prod system, or perhaps re-transport back into the dev system, where you could move it into prod using your standard transport methods.  This of course assumes that you transported the query into prod in the first place.

Now, if you are saying you manually created the query in prod, and now it is corrupted, then you are probably out of luck.  As you now realize, this is not a smart way to manage queries, if they are critical to your business.

FYI this report in SQ01 "Sales Order (NA Version)" does not exist anywhere else but on your system(s).  Since we didn't develop the report, we couldn't possibly know what may be wrong with it.
