Adding a user defined field/column which picks up BP reference number in Sales order(items)

I am using business one and I have got access to Crystal reports 2008. Adding a user defined field/column which picks up BP
reference number in Sales order(items) in the first row and repeats in the
column until the user manually changes in between the columns and the rest of
the column will show the updated data. Say for example: I am creating a item sales order: BP reference = 1234 Initially, the user defined field in the first line should pickup the BP reference and so the whole column of rows shows “1234”. I should be able to change the
user defined field in the third row to “2345” manually. Now, the user defined column in sales order template in SAP business one prior to posting should show first 2 rows as “1234” and used defined column with in the rest of the lines will show “2345”. And also, if I do not enter start entering any info in the item code field then the corresponding user defined fields should be empty. So the end result looks like this: Item Code Reference No. COCO111 1234 COCO112 1234 COCO113 2345 COCO111 2345 COCO112 2345
