For Vendors, Requiring PO Box or Street address, can configure SAP to do the check?

For our vendors we want either the PO Box entered in the PO Box field or a street address entered in the street address field, not both.

Is there a configuration that would do this? If we make street address required, then we can't just enter the address in the PO Box field and vica versa.
