TDS Error

I upgraded from SAP 2007B to 8.82 PL 5.

When assigning in With holding Tax, Iam getting the following error "In Section column, enter account number". Basically it means that I cannot add/update the tax rows.I have assigned all the G/L accounts.

The funny thing is that after getting the error message when I close and reopen the WithHolding tax window, the G/L accounts fields are filled

But In the transactions the WTAX is not being calculated.

Any help.
