Hi..
how can i know the form no..
Suppose if u open sales order the form no is 139
suppose some body assign some work to me open form 179 and do some work..
should i open every module and see where is form 179..
if u take object we had some info we can see in the tables through the query generator or
sdk sample help files..
is there any way see the form nos..
may i know what is from no 179 belongs to which module..

Search for "Permissions List" in you SDK Help. There you will get a list of form type and there names

There is no list or document that will give you the idea about different form type. It is because, as the Version of SAP changes, the formtype for the forms can be changed.

Form 179 belongs to Sales module and the form name is "A/R Credit Memo".
