How can I have more than 30 examination area in a examination type in IT0028?

You can create from the exam areas from this node

SPRO - PM  - PA - Personnel data - Internal Medical Service-Define examination area

e.g give below

yes, you are right, but if you test it in IT0028 in PA30 just the first 30 items are available. as it is explained in the help document:

Yes I agree with you , while configuration you do not have any limitation, but while maintaining in PA30 it is showing the first 30 exam area.

Also in the SAP help note, it was mentioned clearly max 30 will be shown,

I'm not sure if any note is available to overcome this or you may need to enhance the info type.
