OrgChart -> need refresh after log out

Dear Gurus,

Now we implemeting portal link nakisa server using SSO.

This is related refresh page , i'm not sure related SSO issue or need refresh.

I have been testing NAKISA Org Chart module with a number of IDs.

What I realized during the testing, whenever I log in with ID (A), then logged out, and logged in again with a different ID (B),

the org chart will still display as per ID (A) access.

I had to click on the button then the page will change to ID (B) display.

Is this an SSO related issue or a different issue by itself.

This will impact for user when live using Nakisa. Appreciate your advice and resolution to tackle this issue.

This was discussed just a couple of weeks ago (5 July) ... remember to search through the discussions before posting.

• Nakisa OrgChart SP3 single sign on log off issue.

In the thread Luke suggests setting the login page to be the logout page as this logs the user out then redirects to the login page.  I've worked with a number of clients where we implemented this and it seems to work well.

When configuring and developing I have to admit I always close all browser instances before logging in with a new ID as I have occasionally seen it still get mixed up where I've left a session open in another browser, but for a typical user they would never encounter this sort of issue.
