​ Process manufacturing and discrete manufacturing under one Client

Hello Gurus,
My Client is Textile manufacturing. They produce yarn in their first plant than from that yarn they produce fabric in their second plant and from that fabric they produce clothes in their third plant. All three plants are very close to each other 200meters apart. Will it be a good idea to create three separate plants or to create single plant.
Secondly their fabric production is process manufacturing, while other 2 are discrete. How will I configure the system if I go with 3 plants and one being process manufacturing?
