how to create Transactional iview in netweaver 7.3 portal

Hi,

I have not seen transitional iview option in netweaver 7.3 portal ,I can only see SAP BSP Iview and SAP RFC iview.

Please tell me Where can i find the Transactional Iview option.Do i need to do any additional configuration to get this.

you can use "iview from remote source" template to create tcode iview..it serves the same purpose..

Thanks for the reply ,I tried with this option and it is working.

As per this what i understood is we need to setup the System first in the system landscape to create Transactional iview ,With out setting up the system we can not access the transaction iview.

Bcz to access the remote source we have to provide alias and application type and any tcode to get it.

How can we create transaction iview with out copying from rempote source.If you have any idea please let me know.

When you do iview from remote source, its basically does the same thing as an Transaction iView does..YOu are not copying anything, you just search for the same TCode in the System object when you use iView from remote source...

You need to define a system object and alias upfront as well if you wana use TCOde iview..

SO what is your issue here??

And regarding the Transaction iView Template not showing up in the list, its because of a config missing in 7.3....There is a not to fix it, cant remember right now..Will share when I let it..
