Dear All,

I have done the configuration of TCS as per the below suggestions:-

http://scn.sap.com/thread/1700735

http://scn.sap.com/thread/1840176

However I am facing one issue that the ZTCS (ConditionType for TCS with Access Sequence J1IN - Copy of J1AW) is not determining the TCS rate in Pricing in Sales Order. I have not maintained the VK11 also (doo I need to maintain it), still I am not getting the Condition Value in Order.

We are using SAP ECC 6.0 (release 605).

Kindly suggest.

Thanks and Regards,

Amitesh Anand

Please paste the screen shot from condition tab after clicking the "Analysis" button.  Also your pricing procedure for this.  I am sure, you should have implemented the two notes suggested in the link provided by you.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

Thanks for your response.

I am facing few issues:-

1. ZTCS value is not coming in the condition type in pricing.

2. However when I make Total of the ZTCS at a lower level, it is showing that on the basis of ZTCS master data in VK11, it is calculating 1%, and the value is correct.

3. When I check the accounting entry, there is two entries for the TCS and the value is different than the condition value.

My queries are:-

When ZTCS is not calculating the value then how the Total is getting the value.

From where  a different value is getting updated in accounting entry

Why there is two entries for TCS in accounting (one credit and one debit value

For your reference I have attached the screen shots.

Thanks and regards,

For all your queries / issues, the root cause of that is your pricing procedure and that's what I feel.  Hence, can you please paste your pricing procedure here.

Hi Lakshmipathi,

Thanks for your response.

I have rectified it.

In case of TCS, the actual condition type for TCS will not determine the condition value in Document and it will be Statistical Condition, and we need to create one more condition type which will copy the value of TCS and it will be posted to FI.

Thanks and regards,
