Saritha,

This question was answered in the last post you created; the standard method to create deliveries en masse is to use the VL10* series of transactions.  Also as stated in the previous answer, there are non-standard methods (ABAP programmatic methods) as well.

If those answers are unsatisfactory, perhaps you should elaborate your needs; rather than re-posting the question.  Many of the moderators here in SCN will lock your posts if they discover you are duplicating the same questions.

Saritha,

If you can elaborate how to execute to get right output

There is no such thing as a universal 'right output'.  The output (a delivery group containing multiple deliveries) is 'right' only when it meets your business requirements.  Since I don't know these requirements, I cannot comment.

I suggest that you first read the documentation I supplied earlier.  Also, read the collective OSS note, and all the related notes, about VL10 https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/332276

Then, go into your sandbox and exercise the particular VL10* transaction that you have determined is the best one that fits your needs.  If you have specific problems, please come back with a specific question.

Hi asper my understanding, my requirement is, he want to put a Delivery Block to all open sales Orders due for delivery at one go, like example, when you create delivery in VL01at header level administration tab under control I can put delivery block and I stil can save the Order so that I can have delivery note but phisically the good wil not de delivered and EK00 will also not visible, in the similar manner the client want to have Block for all the Open sales Orders at one go in VL10* or any through any other transation.

Thanks for your help.

Saritha,

Are you saying now that you want to mass-add a delivery block to your sales orders?  This is not what you had originally asked for, you wanted mass creation of outbound deliveries.   Or.....?

Your requirements do not make any sense to me.  Please describe the business process you are trying to achieve.

Hi DB,

I appreciate your efforts to solve my issue,

As I mentioned in my earlier reply the client want to have mass-add delivery block to all open sales orders, but the orders should create a delivery note for all the sales orders, I really do not understand why the client want to have the process like this, but just checking is this Possible? If yes, can you guide me through. I mentioned in my earlier reply with an example, I want to have similar process for mass-add delivery Block

Thanks,

Saritha

Saritha,

One can mass change Sales orders using MASS.  Delivery blocks can be mass modified here.

.

I am not aware of a standard SAP transaction or program that will mass change outbound deliveries so as to add a delivery block. It should be possible in LSMW, but I have never tried this.

In general, once the delivery block is created in the Sales doc, by default a delivery cannot be created.  I don't know if this limitation would be acceptable to your client.  I suggest that you ask him a few more questions about his business processes before you move to custom development.

In your prior posts you seem very interested in the output condition.  It is a simple matter to configure your deliveries so as not to generate picking lists, without resorting to a delivery block.
