Calling Responsibilty rule from an action profile

Hi All,

Please tell me how to call an responsibilyt rule type from an action profile.

I have defined a responsibilty rule type CRM_DNO_1 (technical name AC 13200137) from where I will determine my service team , now I want to trigger this event from an action profile but I am not able to do so .

Maximum points will be rewarded...
