Error in System preparation - Connect Diagonistic agent

Dear All,

When i configure Solman 7.1, in system preparation in the step 6.3 ( Connect Diagonistic Agent), i am getting the following error,

1.SOAP:1,007 SRT: Unsupported xstream found: ("HTTP Code 401 : Unauthorized") 

2.Web service invocation problem on host abgcit.domain.ext and port 8001 protocol : http logical port name : LP_WS_SMDAGENT_MONITORING .

I have searched for the correct answer in this forum, but i didnt get proper solution. Kindly anybody guide me regarding this with some detailed info to how to fix this issue.

Hi Prabhushankar,

This seems to be an authorizations issue,

Possible reasons are:
- the user is locked,
- user/password are not set correctly in the logical port
- the user does not have right to execute WS calls

The default user for the Authentication is SM_INTERN_WS. You can check
your user in the Security tab.

Please check if this user is OK. Check if it is not locked.

This user is created and checked by the first step of "System
Preparation". You may use this step to check the user validity.

Hi Adil BENTOUMIA,

I solved the error. This is because of assigning proper web access dispatcher ( System preparation 5.1) - Give proper host name and port which it is asking.
