BPs created from ELM but data email address and telephone no. not present.

Hi,

Below is the mapping format, elm is processed without errors BPs are created. but there is no email address and telephone number in the general data of the BP mapped from the external list. What might be the reason for this?

You are using Org Name1 as name but Person email address and telephone, if you are creating person then use PERS_FIRSTNAME and PERS_LASTNAME

I have already used Pers_firstname and pers_lastname, what can be used for the field company name in person fields.

You should not use both, either use name for Org_name1 or Person First name/last name, if you are creating Org then use ORG_TELEPHONE for telephone or else remove Org_Name1.
