BPC Admin console Problem

Hi Brainest,

when i created new appset copying Appshell and trying to login to Admin console and after chaning appset properties.

Its Show the error while logging in BPC adminstration page :

Find below error :

Error while login to
Admin console - Exception error has occurred; check the log ID

When i checked in the Log table in the SQL : Its showing the below error in the table

OSoftDatabaseUSER

DataSwitch::Connect

Plase suggest for further....

which BPC version and sp are you using? There are other messages?

Hi Robert,

We are using SAP BPC 7.5 MS & SP 4.

There is no there message .

When i logging in the admin console , Its showed error

Thanks for your reply .

We tried the Reset the mentioned below credentials . But its doesnt work, moreover the issue raises only when we try to connect the newly copied appset admin console. No issues while connecting to existing appset admin console.

Goto Server -> Reset Login Credentials  and retype the passwords for Admin COM+ ID and User COM+ ID and click on update.

Also make sure that the users mentioned are valid users with administrator access to local server machine.

Hi Daya,

have you tried to delete and recreate the new appset?

When you add a new appset first you just copy it from another appset, after that have you made a full process and a modify application to see that all is right?

Hi Roberto,

I have tried twice deleting the appset and recreating it and I have made a full process of all application and dimension, but doesnt help. While i added below properties for consolidation and ownership app the issue arises (my observation). After this i am not able to login to admin console.

ORG_ACCOUNTOWN PGROUP

ORG_INTCO I_NONE

ORG_OWNERSHIPCUBE OWNERSHIP

ORG_PARENTPROPERTY PARENT_GROUP

Thanks Roberto. I have rechecked all parameters and deleted the duplicate key parameter
