Hi Experts

I Want to calculate cummulative balance in crystal report

how to do this......

i have debit and credit columns From This i want to calculate cummulative Balance

Just Like the General Ledger Report

Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated

Hi Shafi............

Please use Running Total function in crystal Report which is basically made for Cumulative Total.......

Try This

Try this,

Create a formula field (Field1)

If OnFirstRecord then OpeningBalance_Field + Debit - Credit    Else Debit - Credit

.Now create a runningTotal for the above formula field(Field1)

i tried the above suggested metho im not getting the first row cummulative balance correctly

im trying to add the opening balance but its not getting correct value

HI Shafi,

Have you take the opening balance or not . if you not ignore the opening balance.

Can you post your screen shot. to have better idea.
