Receiver service cannot be converted into an ALE logical system

Dear All ,

I have the following error for the scenario JMS to IDoc .

In R/3 Client DEV (010) I have a partner profile of the sender system BCBSKOH with the inbound message type of the IDoc. T

he same logical system defined in the sender Business System BS_BCBS in PI  . The receiver business system  is a IDoc with a logical system DEV010 defined in the Technical system DEV010 .

I went in Integration Builder in PI 7.1 and checked the adapter specific identifier of the Sender Business system and I see the logical system Name BCBSKOH in the IDoc adapter.

I have two messages stuck in SXMB_MONI with Manual restart possible with the above error. When I try to restart it keeps giving me the same error. Is it possible to send these messages to R/3 ? 

The SLD cache has been refreshed in the integration builder. What else could be wrong in the whole set up ?

The screenshot gives for sender. You need to do the same in the reciever side.
